Chesterford LLP was founded in 1996 by its two Partners Kevin Jackson and Steve Best. Chesterford control a number of Companies specialising in development in the hotel, residential and commercial sectors.

Chesterfords’ Principals have been involved in the hotel sector for some 20 years, with experience at Board Level in major PLC’s . They have been involved in over 200 completed hotels. Chesterford currently have 10 new hotel projects secured and are currently actually building hotels in Bournemouth and Torquay. Whilst concentrating on the fast expanding budget hotel sector, we also have sites in negotiation in the 4* sector. In total we have over 20 active negotiations.

Chesterford have very close working relationships with all of the leading hotel operators who are developing in the UK. We have recently completed developments for Travelodge, Whitbread and Accor.

Chesterford also have a number of housing schemes with some 100 plots in total, all of which have planning permission. We have 2 housing schemes currently under construction. Whilst the majority of our residential schemes are based in the north east we also have a development company specialising in the niche Mayfair market.
